14m2 / 150 sq ft of antique ceramic encaustic floor tiles reclaimed from a town house close to Lille, Northern France and dated c.1910.

The 15cm sq tiles, bearing a fluid motif in a rust red, are in a fond of off white and a warm cornflower blue.

The main field tiles are complimented by their original burgundy and mustard scroll and polka dot border tiles. Two border tile corner pieces are present and the other two will be supplied mitre cut.

The tiles are in good condition; a small number of tiles displaying small chips and nibbles expected of a floor of this age but the high resolution photographs are representative of the whole floor and the colours have cleaned beautifully.

Tile quantities (give or take one or two):-

FIELD – 465

BORDERS – 143 (21.5 linear metres / 70 ft)

CORNERS – 2

TOTAL – 610
