While creatively invoking a mid century modern aesthetic this antique Belgian ceramic, manufactured by Ceramiques de Bourlers, Anciennes Usine de Maufroid, Belgique, is actually dated earlier, in 1918.

The palette on this large 25m2 / 270 sq ft floor is cool, the design pure and the inter-locking back to back border with its lovely corner configuration frames the field tiles impressively. All of the borders corner tiles are present.

The ceramic is excellent on these 14.1cm square, 13mm thick tiles and they will work very efficiently with modern underfloor heating systems.
