An Art Nouveau ceramic in a Porto, Portugal kitchen
We were delighted to receive back from our American client these photos from her Porto, Portugal holiday home for which The Antique Floor Company provided this reclaimed and restored heritage ceramic manufactured in 1903 by Carrelages Ceramiques de Paray le Monial.
This early art nouveau floor consists of a full size and half size border and three field tiles; two floral themed, being a left facing and right facing stylized flower, and a gothic influenced motif tile on a burgundy slip. In addition to the installation photographs we include the computerised wireframe produced to show the floors fit. A unique, rare and beautiful ceramic, it also delivers a practical and low maintenance solution in a high traffic, high spills area of the home.
