Duke's Coffee Roasters - Melbourne, Australia
We find ourselves increasingly working with commercial clients and were delighted to supply two period antique Belgian floors for the expanding Australian chain of coffee shops, Dukes Coffee Roasters.
We supplied not only the antique tiles but the recommended layout and technical floor plan for the tiler to interpret our recommendation.
The main floor is a turn of the century Maufroid Freres et Soeur, 16cm square ceramic tile with a superb spike border, which we recommended framed the main bar area of the shop. The second, again a Maufroid tile, has been imaginatively positioned on the wall as a feature with clever use of the borders.
