15m2+ antique ceramic floor in sky blue, grey and cream

A 15m2+ / 160sq ft+ antique ceramic encaustic floor with original border tiles reclaimed from a period house close to Lille in North France.

The tiles are marked PCM and are a good 1.5cm thick ceramic. Both the main field tiles and border tiles are 15.2cm sq in a palette of light grey and sky blue on a cream background with a charcoal piping. A classical but ornate tessellation is produced centred on twin round motifs.

The 525 field tiles and 130 border tiles, totalling 20 linear metres / 65 ft, plus the 2 corner tiles available have been cleaned of their old mortar, quality controlled and arrive ready to re-lay.

A large number of tiles with chips are provided free for offcuts and as spares.
